Orders ship within 1-3 working days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked postage.
International delivery is undertaken by the destination country's national/regional postal service on reaching the destination country.
EU deliveries are undertaken via the IOSS scheme. See 'Shipping' page for more info.
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. The customer is responsible for the costs of postage and return of items unless they are faulty. We will post any exchange/replacement free of charge. Please see 'Returns' page for info on the returns process.
