Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Shipping
Orders ship within 1-3 working days. May take longer during Xmas period. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked postage.
International delivery is undertaken by the destination country's national/regional postal service on reaching the destination country.
EU deliveries are undertaken via the IOSS scheme. See 'Shipping' page for more info.
Returns
Extended Xmas returns: All orders placed from Friday 21st November 2025 are eligible for our extended returns period until January 14th 2026. All other terms and conditions continue to apply.
The customer is responsible for the costs of postage and return of items unless they are faulty. We will post any exchange/replacement free of charge. Please see 'Returns' page for info on the returns process.
