The EU has proposed some significant changes for exports into the EU, including those from Great Britain (not Northern Ireland). We are actively working with industry experts and our partners to ensure that we are able to provide the most up to date information and relevant guidance for our customers.
IMPORTANT* From 1 July 2026, a flat customs duty of €3 will apply to Business to Consumer (B2C) parcels under €150 entering the EU. It will apply per type of item. If a single parcel contains multiple different types of items, the duty can add up.
This duty will be paid by us in the EU countries in which we are able to do so, therefore we are restricting delivery to only these EU countries for the moment.
