We are confident you will be happy with your purchase, but if you are seeking a refund or exchange for any reason, please see information below.

Refunds & exchanges

Christmas returns/exchanges
Any products bought as a Christmas present can be returned by Jan 14th 2025 for refund or exchange, stock permitting. All other usual stipulations apply (see below).

To help us keep track of returns, and set aside any items requested for exchanges, please inform us by email at graham@thenorthcurve.com (within 14 days of receiving your order) if you are seeking a refund or exchange, and we will provide you with the returns postal address. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please return your item(s) to us tagged, unworn and neatly folded and packaged. Please do not wash the item(s). Please do not to fold the print. Put any notes inside the tee/sweatshirt, so they don't stain or damage the print.
We take great care packaging our orders before sending them out, please afford us the same courtesy when returning them.
Any item that is not in a saleable condition on reaching us will not be considered for a refund or exchange.

The customer will be responsible for paying postal costs for returning the item(s). Postal costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty (see 'Section 5' of 'Terms of Service' page for more info). The customer will also be responsible for the item(s) reaching us in good time and condition. You may want to use a trackable postal method.

For all queries regarding returns and exchanges, please send an email to graham@thenorthcurve.com. I try respond to all customer services queries within two working days.

Refund processing time
If approved for refund, it will be credited to your original method of payment.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
Check your bank account or PayPal account again.
Contact your bank/credit card company to see if it is waiting to clear.
If you used PayPal, you may have to 'accept' the refund before it clears.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at graham@thenorthcurve.com.
